Description

This model is equipped with potentiometerwhich allows the welding power to be adjusted. This is adjustable from a 'less powerful' to a 'more powerful' level. The choice is made on the basis of the thickness of the bags used.

With bags ROYAL PACK The potentiometer should be set between orange and red for the first 3-4 solderings and then can be set to yellow-orange for subsequent solderings. With less thick bags, the potentiometer can be set to lower levels.

Instructions for use

This machine is extremely powerful. To use it, follow these simple instructions:

• place the food in the bag, leaving at least 7-10 centimetres of empty space between the opening and the food
• place the open part of the bag in the vacuum chamber, marked by the black seals

Notes on use

This machine, like all externally suctioned vacuum devices, is not suitable for vacuuming using smooth bags.

Furthermore, it is not possible to vacuum with floury or high-moisture foodstuffs because flour and water tend to be sucked up by the vacuum pump.

This is not a defect of the machine, but is due to physical issues in the functioning of this category of articles.
