Description

The Reber Professional 55 vacuum packaging machine is equipped with a 58 cm sealing bar that allows the use of vacuum bags with a very large opening. In fact, it is ideal for those working environments such as craft workshops and small industries where it is necessary to use vacuum pouches or very large rolls.

This is why the 9712NELF is made entirely of stainless steel. The stainless steel frame allows for a high level of cleanliness after use, complying with all the criteria required by industry regulations on the healthiness of food handling environments.

Another special feature of the Reber Professional 55 vacuum machine is the presence of external suction filterfactory-mounted. It is characterised by the presence of a filter applied to the side of the vacuum machine and installed on the suction circuit. The filter container is made of particularly rigid transparent plastic to resist shocks. The purpose of the filter is twofold: firstly, it allows any liquids that would otherwise end up in the suction pump to be intercepted; secondly, it allows the operator to notice that the machine is sucking in liquid.

In fact, the presence of the filter is useful precisely to interrupt the suction cycle and dry the contents of the bag. External suction machines cannot suck in liquids and cannot vacuum-pack particularly moist or high-liquid contents. In fact, the presence of the liquid suction filter does not prevent the machine from sucking in liquid. It is therefore important to dry the food well before vacuuming it. However, it is important to prevent liquids from filling the filter and going into the pump.

This model NOT equipped with a potentiometer. The sealing power of the bags is automatically adjusted by the machine; it can however be changed by electronic programming (follow instructions).

Instructions for use

This machine is extremely powerful. To use it, follow these simple instructions:

• place the food in the bag, leaving at least 7-10 centimetres of empty space between the opening and the food
• place the open part of the bag in the vacuum chamber, marked by the black seals

• Operate the machine with the green button (in case of manual operation, press and hold the button)
• exert slight pressure, especially at the initial stage, on the lid of the Professional 55inox 9712NELF vacuum machine
• wait for the machine to finish the suction and welding process

• In the case of using a very large and long bag and, more generally, to facilitate the vacuuming of the machine, as soon as the vacuum procedure has started it may be useful to raise the bottom of the bag a few centimetres. In this way, by aligning it with the level of the machine, the vacuum process will be smoother.
