Compared to competitive motors, this mincer has a semi-professional motorisation. In fact, the electrical winding of this product allows up to 1,400 revolutions per minute, as opposed to almost all competitive products that run at 2,800 revolutions. This means that, for the same amount of energy absorbed by the electrical system, a motor with a lower number of revolutions is more efficient!

In fact, a motor that makes fewer revolutions means that it converts less current into heat.
