How do you assemble the Reber 9011NX tomatoesetter?

The Reber 9011NX tomato processor with support stand and stainless steel accessories arrives at its destination in an assembly kit. Once the box is opened, all the parts for assembly are available inside.

Below is an exploded view of the support stand for the Reber 9011NX tomato squeezer. You can see how it is to be assembled.

The assembly procedure for the banquet is as follows:

1. Insert the rubber feet (4) into the bottom of the tubes (2)
2. Assemble the tubes (2) to the floor (1) using nuts (6) and bolts (5), tighten with the spanner (7) supplied
3. Assemble blades (3) to tubes (2) using nuts (6) and bolts (8), tighten with the spanner (7) supplied
4. Check the stability of the banquet before use

Now it is necessary to assemble the squeeze body to the motor flange using the 10MA nuts supplied and tighten well with the spanner in the box. You will obtain what is reproduced in the image below:

This product is only suitable for pureeing ripe and cooked tomatoes. We recommend disassembling and cleaning the propeller and filter every 20 minutes of operation to prevent any particularly hard ribs from clogging and damaging the motor gears.
