REBER automatic vacuum cooking machine 10062N allows food to be baked in a bain-marie directly in the vacuum bag without the need to open it for cooking. In fact, this machine has a large capacity, estimated at 17 litres, which allows even fairly large vacuum-packed bags to be cooked inside.

This sous-vide cooking machine has an extremely durable ABS plastic tank with a rectangular base. The tank is thickened and has a cavity. This allows the temperature to be maintained better during cooking and after completion.

Inside the tank, the REBER 10062N vacuum cooking machine contains an armoured heating element, i.e. one that can withstand contact with water. This resistor heats the water to the desired cooking temperature.
