Finishes available on request for the Paini Cox line
The Paini Cox line can be ordered with many finishes on request. By finish we mean the external colour that can be realised during production.
La standard finish is chromewhich is common to all production lines manufactured by Paini. It is obtained using a galvanic technique. The product is immersed in a high-temperature chrome 'galvanic bath'. The chrome plating adheres to the base material of the product and gives it shine and durability, as it protects it from the aggression of acids as well as oxidation.
The matt white and the matt blackare obtained through post-production painting.
Le polished and brushed finishesare obtained through a PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) production process. It consists of a thin-film metal coating using a technique that deposits the coating through evaporation and subsequent condensation. The finish is then deposited onto the product and then adhered.
All these finishes are made specifically for the customer who requests them, on a special production order. That is, they are products that exclude the right of withdrawal for distance purchases. Read the our warranty rules before purchasing.
Finishes other than chrome can also cost 90% more than the listing price. Contact us if you want a customised quotation!
Types of mixers on the market
Water mixers for domestic use, also called taps in everyday jargon, have the purpose of delivering hot and cold water, even mixing it. They can be of five different types:
- traditional. Water is supplied by two independent knobs
- with mixing valve. The amount of water delivered and the temperature are regulated by a single control. This is why they are also called single-lever, typically lever-operated.
- thermostats. These are taps equipped with a special device that allows the temperature level to be fixed for as long as the water is open.
- automatic. These are the mixers equipped with a photocell that only dispense water when they 'see' movement close to the tap. They are typical of shopping centres and service areas.
- Hydroprogressives. They are characterised by a single control that allows you to switch from a small supply of cold water to an increased amount of hot water with the rotation of the control lever.
