Imperia iPasta Ruvida pasta machine manual with rollers for the production of rough, not smooth sheet.

This machine is designed with special, internationally patented rollers to better hold sauces and gravies!

The machine comes equipped with patented grooved rollers, with a maximum width of 150 millimetres and a 6.5 mm fettuccine and 12 mm lasagnette die.

The usable sheet you get is about 14 centimetres.
