Imperia FoglioChef is the multi-purpose kitchen mat made entirely of SL70 food grade silicone to help you make pastry and dough to the right size. In fact, concentric circles and a cm/inch scale are imprinted on its surface to facilitate your work.
The mat resists high and low temperatures (+260°C and -60°C), adheres perfectly to the work surface, is non-stick, hygienic and easy to clean.
