Imperia Stendipasta can roll out more than 1 kg of dough and is a natural product made of steamed beech wood.
It consists of 12 rods placed at a height of approx. 30 cm from the work surface, mounted on 4 arms; these rods allow the dough to be rolled out and prevent it from sticking. Particularly suitable for use with puff pastry and long pasta.
