Imperia accessory Millegnocchi cavatelli gnocchetti rigatelli is an optional extra for Imperia pasta machines for domestic use.

It is not compatible with professional Imperia machines of the Restaurant line.

Millegnocchi allows you to make gnocchetti, cavatelli and rigatelli. It is easily attached to the back of the machine and can only be used with the crank handle.

This accessory is compatible with the Imperia iPasta SP150 pasta machinewith the Titania pasta machine or with Imperia Electric Pasta Presto. It can also be applied to the iPasta sheeter.

HOW TO USE MILLEGNOCCHI

By slightly turning the crank handle, the Imperia Millegnocchi flattens and cuts the dough into the desired shape. It is therefore characterised as a practical and fast tool to add to your existing pasta machine.
