In the event of any malfunctions found on the vacuum packaging machine in your possession, we also advise you to check that it has not become unprogrammed. The programming of the circuit board is explained in the instruction manual. Often, it is a quick solution to faults encountered by customers.

Non-warranty Product Support

We also provide technical support for out-of-warranty productsfor items that you cannot repair.

In fact, thanks to the availability of a wide range of spare parts and experienced technicians, we are able to repair even damaged machines.

The service is based on advance payment of the return transport by the customer. A repair estimate will follow, after receipt of the machine. Upon receipt of payment of the estimate (which is sent by e-mail), the machine will be repaired within a reasonable time and returned.

This is an additional service offered to our customers who are unable to reach a service centre or have not found satisfaction at one.
