REBER mincer plates and knives

Plates and knives for REBER mincers No. 5, 8, 10, 12, 22, 32, both manual and electric, both carbon steel and stainless steel, original and compatible.

Reber meat mincers are primarily divided into two broad categories:

• manuals
• electrical

Each of these categories has a specific range of compatible plates and knives. Therefore, if you have a manual mincer, you will have to buy the corresponding compatible knife and plate; if you have an electric mincer, you will have to look for the range for electric mincers.

You cannot buy plates for electric mincers and use them for manual mincers, and vice versa.

Important note on the knife-plate combination

Furthermore, it is important to emphasise that the plate and knife must absolutely be of the same type of steel. Conversely, harder steel will erode softer steel, generating iron residue that will go into the meat preparation!

Plates and knives for electric meat mincers

The range of plates and knives for Reber electric meat mincers is wide and varied. The recommendation in the previous paragraph still applies!

We have both carbon-hardened steel and stainless steel lines available. For some years now, the term 'stainless steel' and 'stainless steel' can no longer be used on products that are not made from AISI 304, 314 and 430 steel. Since these steels are not suitable for cutting, Reber no longer uses the term 'stainless' on the packaging, but only refers to them as 'steel'.
