The product is fully enamelledboth internally and externally. This prevents oils and fats from being absorbed by the terracotta. In this way, the item is preserved for longer. The surface is extremely smooth, thanks to an enamelling process carried out during firing, as the product is not varnished like others offered by competitors.

High-quality processing results in a surface finish that is free of roughness and extremely delicate to the touch. The constant, high temperature firing combined with high-grade clay ensures a longer life of the terracotta and prevents breakage and thermal shock.

Finally, can be washed more easily, even in the dishwasher.
