Description

Reber grater accessory for gear motors is ideal for transforming the motor into a powerful, professionally-derived grating appliance. With this accessory you get a very powerful grater for hard products.

The grating option is fitted at the front of the geared motor. It is available with flange No. 3, for application on 400 Watt and 450 Watt motors, and with flange No. 5, for application on 500 Watt, 600 Watt and 1200 Watt geared motors.

The grater is not ideal for use with soft cheeses and low consistency foods.

This grater is excellent for use with hard cheeses such as parmesan cheese, grana padano, etc.

It is equipped with a tin-plated steel roller, which does not rust. The cheese tray is very large and made of plastic material suitable for food contact. This tray is easily washable, even in the dishwasher, and can be purchased for a few euros in case of breakage.

The cheese press is particularly robust and is equipped with a return spring, so that it is automatically pushed towards the inside of the mouth in which the cheese is to be applied.

The roller is easily removed from the front by removing the black cap attached with two screws.
