REBER electric meat mincer knife in carbon steel is the ideal complement for Reber electric meat mincers that mount the bodies of mincers No. 5 - No. 12 - No. 22 - No. 32. The C55 carbon steel has a degree of hardness equal to stainless steel; therefore the product life and cutting pattern are very similar to those of stainless steel. Visually the surface of the knife gives a satin/matt effect.
It is important to always check that the knife is sharp. In fact, if the knife comes into contact with pieces of bone or rind, the blade edge may be damaged and the knife will have to be resharpened.
The knife must be mounted inside the body of the mincer, with the sharp side facing the plate.
