Description
The body of this REBER ARTUS Electric tomato squeezer No. 3 HP 0.30 450 Watt plastic accessories 9008NE is a plastic derivative, it is not made of cast iron.
Therefore, special attention must be paid to the assembly of the body and the screw. It must be avoided that the screw and drive pin generate friction on the body. Conversely, this can swell and become damaged. Damage of this kind is not covered by warranty and cannot be replaced or repaired by us.
For better sauce yield it is always recommended to blanch the tomatoes before pureeing them. Otherwise, it is normal that parts of the tomatoes may remain attached to their skins. With uncooked tomatoes, it is normal to have to pass the skins a second time (it is advisable to use a little of the puree already produced in order to allow the tomato residue to flow more smoothly).
