Description

The Monferrina Dolly is a space-saving countertop machine that can make sheet and draw pasta in many different formats.

The Dolly extruded pasta machine kneads any type of flour and produces long and short pasta by simply changing the die. The machine can also be supplied (on request) with a rotary cutter knife for short pasta.

The rotary knife is a motor-driven knife with a variable speed drive. It allows pasta to be cut longer or shorter. It is obviously useful for making pasta that is meant to be short (long pasta is usually cut by hand).

The Monferrina Dolly dough sheeters has an anodised aluminium outer structure and stainless steel parts in contact with the dough. It is also equipped with a safety button and power indicator light.

The machine complies with current accident prevention regulations and is designed for professional use.

Accessories NOT included in Monferrina Dolly and purchasable separately

For the Dolly pasta machine, some accessories can be purchased separately:

• special bronzed dies. Bronze dies allow a rougher and more consistent dough to be obtained. Special dies take longer to deliver and cannot be purchased together with the machine in the first purchase.
• special PTFE dies. These are resin dies specifically for extrusion and food contact. They produce a brighter and more transparent paste than bronze dies.
• electric rotary knife specifically for Dolly. It is a knife with a motor that is attached to the power take-off on the machine via a cable. It is equipped with a speed variator to make short pasta of various lengths
• Bronzed pasta sheet dies. If you want to make the puff pastry with the Dolly pasta machine, you can purchase the specific dies, which allow you to obtain the 100 mm and 170 mm puff pastry
• Penne die with an oblique cut. This is a special die for making pasta in the classic penne shape. The oblique cut at the ends is made with a special die to be purchased separately.
