The Imperia Titania manual pasta machine 190 is made entirely of chrome-plated steel and its weight is considerably higher than competitive or imported machines. This is because IMPERIA pays special attention to detail as well as the materials used.
Using the TItania is very simple. Like all manual pasta machines, you can attach the supplied clamp to the work surface to fix this pasta machine and immediately start making the sheet and drawing the pasta.
The machine on the bottom is equipped with scrapers made of plastic suitable for contact with foodstuffs. The same material is used for the inside of the rollers.
