Imperia gearbox kit Restaurant KRM-A10
Imperia Restaurant gearbox kit KRM-A10 is the component that allows you to transmit motion from the motor of the Imperia Restaurant electric and electronic sheeter to the Simplex Restaurant dies. This transmission box kit is compatible exclusively with Imperia Restaurant dough sheeters and Imperia Simplex Restaurant dies prior to the new 2019 model.
How to use this transmission box
This product is applied externally, on the left side of the Imperia Restaurant electric sheeter and the Imperia Restaurant electronic sheeter. Its function is to connect the motor to the Simplex Restaurant dies. In this way, energy is also transmitted from the internal motor to the pasta cutting accessories.
The smaller pin pushes into the lowest hole, i.e. where the crank would fit at the height of the rollers of the dough sheeter. Instead, the longer pin pushes into the hole at the height of the rollers used to cut the dough.
Inside the gearbox is a mechanism that rotates the two pins simultaneously.
In case you are unable to insert the two pins correctly (because the holes do not coincide with the 'cut' of the pins) you can simply help yourself with the crank you already have (since it is supplied with the sheeter) to correctly align the slots inside the machine.
