This product is manufactured with a cold forging. This technique consists of using high-power pressesup to 5000 tonnes, and special moulds to optimise shapes.

How the cladding of the Monolite Italiano by Flonal line is made
- The outer coating is a reinforced stone effect finish to ensure the best non-stick properties.
- This coating is applied over an additional protective layer, i.e. an ultra-reinforced primer with mineral particles, to ensure maximum adhesion.
- Then there is an additional intermediate coating, which guarantees resistance to scratches and chafing.
- The base aluminium is forged to 98% purity and high thickness for greater stability and durability.
- Finally, a magnetic steel bottom is applied to allow the product to also be used on induction ovens. The induction bottom is NOT provided for all models but only for those in which this is specifically stated!

All frying pans produced by Flonal are made at 100% in Italy using state-of-the-art technology. Production is by cold forging. The starting aluminium disc is forged using presses of up to 5,000 tonnes, which guarantee high performance without stressing the materials.
The coatings are obtained by applying mineral particles that guarantee high non-stick resistance. The coatings are made with water-based, non-toxic and anti-pollution paints according to the highest international standards.
This guarantees that the pans and saucepans produced by Flonal under the Monolite brand are environmentally friendly and health-friendly!
