The beech wood RAGNOCCHI is a handcrafted product made in Italy.
This tool will allow you to create ridged surfaces to your egg pasta; you can, for example, create the classic ridged surface that characterises gnocchi or garganelli.
In confectionery, plastic chocolate, sugar paste or soft, elastic masses can be moulded for alternative creations.
