Copper pots with motor for polenta risottos jams creams
Copper pots with motor for polenta risottos jams creams from the Botta range of Nuova Fac are top-quality copper polenta pots made at 100% in Italy. High-quality copper electric polenta cooker mixer made in Italy for polenta, risotto, preserves, jams
These cauldrons are equipped with motorised electric mixer which makes it possible to automate the cooking process, for all those preparations that require a slow cooking process and continuous stirring of the food contained.
When choosing the copper cauldron, it is firstly important to assess the diameter it must have. The larger the diameter, the larger the space in the kitchen in which to place the Automatic Cooker for cooking.
La food storage capacity of this polenta is estimated at litres. Cauldrons with flat bottoms normally have a larger capacity than those with round bottoms. This is also a parameter to take into account when choosing a cauldron.
La copper finishing can normally be smooth or hammered. The pictures we reproduce give an idea of the difference. Hammered copper gives more of a sense of the craftsmanship of the product and, from a certain point of view, brings polenta closer to the 'sense of the olden days' to which this product partly refers.
La motorisation is expressed in watts. With larger poultry, more powerful motors are required. We do not recommend saving on motor power! With thicker, denser polenta and larger quantities in the pot, the motor is put under strain. Powerful motors guarantee better performance and longer life.

How to use Paioli copper pots with motor for polenta risottos jams creams
Cuoca Automatica is the name given to the high-quality, all-copper pots made in Italy by Botta. These products are nothing more than electric stirrers inserted into copper pots, which are also called 'Polentine'. These items are made at 100% in Italy.
Botta mixers use the highest quality copper to ensure a high level of food contact compliance. Household motors of at least 5 watts are used for stirring and enhanced motors in community pots (up to 30 watts). All motors used fully comply with the relevant standards.
I copper cauldrons from the Cuoca Automatica by Botta line guarantee excellent performance for cooking over fire. They are all made through a process that combines industrial automation with craftsmanship.
In normal use of the Automatic Cooker by Botta is recommended to position the electric cable of the motor upwardsin order to avoid contact of the cable with the flame.
It is also appropriate to pay the utmost attention to the electrical use of the appliance. Before cleaning the appliance, the plug should be unplugged from the power socket. Avoid any contact with water of the electrical parts that make up the motor of this polenta.
At the time of purchase, the Botta Cuoca Automatica pure copper cauldron may show stains of various colours and sizes. These are due to the normal oxidation process of the metal and give the product its natural consistency and colouring. This is completely normal and confirms the quality of the raw material used. Under no circumstances do they represent a defect in the product.
Before use, the Botta Cuoca Automatica pot must be rinsed thoroughly. A mixed solution of water and vinegar can be used for normal cleaning and maintenance.
How to make a good polenta
- For each litre of water, use 200 grams to 400 grams of yellow flour, depending on the desired density
- When the water is boiling, slowly pour in the flour.
- Stir vigorously with a wooden spoon to avoid lumps. Use only wooden spoons, to avoid scratching the copper.
- Attach the motor of the Botta Automatic Cooker to the screw blade on the plate, then insert the motor's electrical plug into the socket and switch it on, taking care to position the power cable correctly (without it touching the flame).
- Lower the flame and turn on the engine, allowing it to cook for 20-30 minutes.
- When cooking is complete, switch off the motor of the Cuoca Automatica by Botta and unplug it. Unlock the stirrer and remove it from the cauldron, taking care not to burn yourself with the electric cable and not to burn yourself with the cauldron, which normally gets very hot due to the heat of the flame.
The Cuoca Automatica by Botta copper mixer can be used not only for cooking polenta, but also for cooking risottos and jams and for all other recipes where slow cooking combined with continuous stirring of the mixture is required!
