REBER TURBOGRILL ECO cm. 53x32x42 9750NECO is an ultra-rapid gas cooking system that allows the perfect, ultra-fast cooking of foods such as meat, fish, vegetables, kebabs, bread, pizza and focaccia.

It is a barbecue made entirely of stainless steel in Italy, designed for outdoor use. The appliance's burner reaches temperatures of over 800°, so cooking times are very short.

WARNING: This appliance must be operated with a pressure regulator and connection hoses NOT SUPPLIED WITH THE APPLIANCE. The Turbogrill is set for use with LPG gas cylinders; cylinders with a capacity of no less than 5 kg are recommended. The appliance can also be used with butane and propane gas cylinders; in this case specific pressure regulators and connection hoses must be used. The Turbogrill can alternatively be connected to the natural gas network by a qualified and competent technician who can guarantee a correct, safe and leak-free connection.

After pre-heating for 5 to 7 minutes, the food to be cooked can be placed on the cooking grid, at the desired height; the turbo grill is equipped with special grid slides. The fat collection pan, on the other hand, must be placed on the bottom of the appliance. The temperature and consequent cooking time is adjusted by placing the food more or less close to the burner. For better cooking, it is advisable to pre-heat or pre-cook the food in a vacuum in order to improve the homogeneity and taste of the food.
