Reber mincer sausage crown with variable diameter, which allows sausages to be made in combination with the bagging funnels and Reber electric and manual mincers. The crown, made of plastic material, is suitable for contact with foodstuffs. Using the drop-down menu, you can select the filling crown compatible with the Reber mincer in your possession.

Use of the Bagging crown for Reber meat grinder

The sausage filler is a useful device for making sausages and other sausage products. Its main function is to facilitate the filling process, i.e. the insertion of the minced meat into a casing, such as a casing or food film. This tool, used in conjunction with Reber's electric and manual sausage filling funnels and mincers, helps to ensure that the minced product is filled evenly and accurately, thus contributing to the quality and safety of the final product.

Once the plate and knife have been removed from the Reber mincer, the filling crown and funnels can be installed by screwing the ring nut supplied with the mincer back on. Instead of the crown, it is still possible to use a Reber plate, provided that the latter has holes between 16 mm and 20 mm in diameter.

Depending on the model of meat grinder in your possession, the diameter of the filling crown also changes. Please therefore check the measurements and compatibility in the following section.

• code 4725A Meat mincer crown no. 22: diameter 8 cm; internal hole diameter 1.1 cm; thickness 2 cm
• code 4753A Meat mincer crown no. 32: unlike the other crowns, it is made of steel, as shown in the photo. The shipping time for this type of crown is approximately 10 working days.

As far as the Reber No. 8 mincer is concerned, there is no crown, so a plate with holes between 16 mm and 20 mm in diameter must necessarily be used.
