Reber electric meat grinder No. 8 stainless steel 450 Watt professional 20100N features a continuous duty induction motor with low power consumption and low operating temperature.

The motor is equipped with an AISI 430 stainless steel casing, while the entire mincer accessory is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The mincer is equipped with a stainless steel die plate with a hole diameter of 4.5 millimetres. The knife is also made of stainless steel.

This Reber meat grinder code 20100N has the main characteristic of being intended for professional use, complying with the relevant EC regulations. The mincer, equipped with an energy-saving motor and a stainless steel mincing attachment, is manufactured in Italy by Reber.

The energy-saving geared motor makes it possible to drastically reduce current consumption when the motor is not being used. In this way, when not under load, the motor draws less current and therefore dissipates less heat. This is why the 20100N meat grinder is particularly suitable because it heats meat much less than other models.
